8. You will not interfere and destroy the services provided by x-love.eu or the server and network connected with the server and the site.
9. You will not send or distribute any malicious software materials such as viruses, spy ware, or computer codes, files programmes set to infiltrate, destroy or limitate computer software/hardware functionality. Please, contact us if you have observed such illegal actions.

X-love.eu is not and must not be involved into other parties’ and individual communication and actions and in case of a conflict with other user of the site. X-love.eu reserves the right but not a responsibility to supervise user’s conversations including you and rest of the members.

You agree that you will not send us or other members materials in violation with authorship law, trade marks, trade secrets or other forms of intellectual ownership or other rights of third parties.
We state that:
1. All statements by your party are without our support
2. We are not responsible for damages or offence as result of information published by you on our site
3. X-love.eu reserves the right but not an obligation to supervise the materials sent through the server. X-love.eu has the right but not an obligation to delete materials considered to be a form of violation against some of the members.
4. X-love.eu reserves the right to control messages storing time.
5. X-love.eu may, at any time, reject the provision of all or some of the services without any obligations towards the members and users.
6. We do not guarantee the usefulness and thoroughness of the information published on x-love.eu, also we will not be responsible for damages and harms in result of the fact that a member had trusted that information or other content published on the site or submitted by other party.
